Rafa Benitez proud of Napoli players after Europa League win

Napoli coach Rafa Benitez called his side's win in the Europa League as "spectacular".

Napoli succeeded where Benitez's former squad Internazionale failed last month as they eased past Wolfsburg in the Europa League by 4-1.

The win comes days after Sunday's impressive win at home against Fiorentina in the Serie A.

"We played a great game, it was a spectacular win," Benitez said.

"I am proud of the lads, it was a high quality match. This squad is quality and is strong and the group is united as we showed tonight.

"I always said this squad has a huge potential but balance is required on the pitch and tonight we showed quality and character.

"We want to continue like this, looking forward, shifting our focus to the Cagliari game and then the second leg [against Wolfsburg]."
