Napoli coach Rafa Benitez says he wants his players to show the same intensity showed in the Italian Super Cup when they face Cesena in the Serie A.
The Partenopei lifted their first trophy of the season after a dramatic penalty shootout against Juventus in Doha and will be hoping to show more of the same when they face Domenico Di Carlo's side on Tuesday afternoon.
"We clearly want to take advantage of the Italian Super win," Benitez said.
"We want to go out there with the same mentality in the league, with the same winning mentality.
"The Doha game was important. I, as a coach, am very demanding so I'm satisfied for the performance but at the same time I want the team to always perform with the same intensity.
"That is why we have to improve and show our potential in games like tomorrow's as well."
Asked to comment on new signings Ivan Strinic and Manolo Gabbiadini, the Spaniard said: "They are both quality.
"They will help the squad. We are also open to new signings if they can bring quality. Strinic can play on the left, we just have to wait for him to be at the top of his fitness level.
As for Gabbiadini, we will see where he's more suited in the offensive department because he's a versatile striker who can play in a number of positions."
Meanwhile, the 54-year-old says Lorenzo Insigne and Juan Camilo Zuniga are responding well to treatment.
"Both are working with the ball already. Insigne is going according to schedule and Zuniga improves on a daily basis. One has to be careful when the knee is concerned."
