Napoli coach Rafa Benitez says his Napoli squad is very close to being at the top of their game.
The Partenopei were visibly disappointed not to take all three points in mid-week against Atalanta but the Spaniard believes there is enough quality in the team to bounce back on Saturday against leaders Roma.
"We know Roma is strong and they have a very good coach," Benitez said on Friday.
"They are fast, they don't concede a lot of goals and they score a lot. But we will try to be as equally strong, we are focused and I expect character from my players.
"It's an important game but there's still a long way to go in the league.
"We are growing and I see we are close to be at the top of our game.
"We not only want to be as strong as we were last season but we want to achieve more. We need to be confident and aware of our potential and our quality.
"[Gonzalo] Higuain was bitterly disappointed and angry after missing the penalty [against Atalanta] but he has to turn this anger into positive energy. He is quality and he will continue to be our penalty taker."
