Marek Hamsik: Tomorrow's will be a special game

By

Napoli midfielder Marek Hamsik says tomorrow's game against Slovan Bratislava will be special.

The 27-year-old started his career in 2004 with the Slovak club and is set to make an emotional return on Thursday when the hosts take on Napoli in the Europa League.

"Tomorrow's will be a special game, I face the club where I spent two beautiful years," Hamsik told Pravda.

"This club gave me the chance to start my football career. Family and close friends will be there to watch.

"Sunday's three points were vital, we needed it. We are happy although it wasn't the best game we've ever played. But it can help us to get other wins.

"Our focus is now on Slovan Bratislava, it's one of the strongest and oldest clubs in Slovakia, we should not underestimate them."
