Napoli coach Rafa Benitez says he will not panic despite losing two straight games in the Italian Serie A.
The Partenopei suffered two unexpected defeats against Chievo and Udinese but the Spaniard insists he will continue to work hard with his players to achieve all set objectives this season.
"I'm very upset that we lost our two last games in the league, but I'm convinced the team is doing well," Benitez told reporters.
"I have to analyse everything but I can't afford to lose my head. I'm only concerned about finding a solution to our problems.
"To the fans I say that I have to stay calm to win, I have to inject confidence. I have to use my head [when I take decisions] and if I have to rotate a lot of players I'll do it.
"It seems everyone has his own idea on rotation. [Against Udinese] I rested Inler who was out with a high temperature and Hamsik.
"Rotation is needed when you play three games in ten days but it needs to be done with care. I met with my team and I know players lose 5% energy after two games so I have to rotate."
Napoli host Palermo tomorrow evening and captain Marek Hamsik will be expected to deliver after failing to make a goal-scoring impact in the first three games of the Serie A.
"[Marek Hamsik] started the season just like the last one, he just needs to add goals," added Benitez.
"He was tired for the Udinese game but his game against Sparta [Prague] was excellent. He will be a key element for us this season."
