Internazionale ready to sign Javier Hernandez from Manchester United

By

Internazionale coach Roberto Mancini wants to add Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez to his squad, according to reports from Italy.

"Chicharito" failed to make an impact during his loan spell at Real Madrid, starting only eight games in the Spanish Liga, scoring seven goals in 23 appearances.

Hernandez will return to Manchester United at the end of the season but despite the departure of Falcao, boss Louis van Gaal is not interested in keeping the 26-year-old at Old Trafford.

The Mexican joined the Red Devils for an undisclosed fee in the summer of 2010 but he struggled to settle down and was loaned out to Real Madrid on a season-long loan last summer.

He would still be a target for the Nerazzurri even if Mauro Icardi decides to stay at the Milan club.
