Cristiano Ronaldo to Manchester United: Stunning Old Trafford return could be on the cards

By

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo is considering a stunning Manchester United return with Jose Mourinho angry, according to Express Sport.

Recent reports have claimed that the 33-year-old could leave the Santiago Bernabeu during the summer transfer window.

Meanwhile, the Portugal international says he is eager to help Real Madrid win the Champions League on Saturday night.

"It would be an historic moment," he told Real Madrid TV on Tuesday.

"We are excited -- the whole team. We do not realise completely the history we are making, and maybe that is best so people remain focused on the game.

"Later, if all goes well, we will go down in history. I am confident, feeling good, and my teammates [are] too. To win a fifth would be damn great."
