"Arsenal have already made an offer" - Gunners make approach to sign Barcelona starlet

By

Barcelona midfielder Robert Navarro is wanted by a number of top European clubs, TuttoMercatoWeb has claimed.

Arsenal have already made an offer for the 16-year-old with Monaco making an approach to open negotiations with the player's agent.

It is not the first time the Gunners have been linked with the player.

In April, reports claimed that then-manager Arsene Wenger was eager to make a move to bring the player to the Emirates.

The player does not have a release clause in his deal so any club ready to sign him will only have to pay nominal compensation fees to Barcelona.

If Arsenal sign him, it would be a repeat for them having signed the likes of Hector Bellerin and Cesc Fabregas from the Spanish giants in recent years.
