Sky Sports News market transfer expert Dharmesh Sheth says Chelsea and Manchester United could be set to reach an agreement for Willian.
The winger is clearly not happy with manager Antonio Conte at Stamford Bridge.
United boss Jose Mourinho is a fan and would be delighted to add him to this squad for next season.
"I'd say don't rule it out simply because they did it with Matic as well," Sheth told the Transfer Talk podcast.
"It depends on the managerial situation at Chelsea."
The 29-year-old is currently in action with the Brazilian national team and could decide to wait until the end of the World Cup Finals before sitting down with the Blues to understand where he will play his football next season.
