Maurizio Sarri's agent makes shock claim on the possibility for his client to join Chelsea

By

The agent of Maurizio Sarri has sent a very cryptic message over the future of his client.

Asked by Italian TV channel Sportitalia where Sarri will go next and if it will be at Chelsea, Alessandro Pellegrini was very enigmatic with his reply.

"I don't know who Chelsea are, are they a football club? We only know about Napoli," he said.

"If I knew what was going to happen, I'd have bought a lottery ticket."

More names have been associated with Chelsea in recent days including Zinedine Zidane, Laurent Blanc and Avram Grant.

Owner Roman Abramovich intends to take a decision before the end of next week in order to sit down and plan the summer transfer market with whoever would replace current-manager Antonio Conte.
