Rudi Garcia: Our job is now to score away from home

By

Roma coach Rudi Garcia says his players relaxed after taking the lead in the first half against Feyenoord on Thursday night.

It's yet another draw at home for the Giallorossi after the goalless draw against Parma and the 1-1 against Empoli in the Serie A but the Frenchman says there's still hope for his side to reach the next round of the Europa League.

"After the first half we thought we could keep the lead," Garcia said.

"This was a mistake. Also we were unlucky to concede the way we did because their goal should have been disallowed. We wanted to push forward and score the second but unfortunately we failed to do it.

"I would say it's an incredible result, considering the goal opportunities we had but it's not over yet, we know what we have to do: score in the Rotterdam game.

"I believe it was normal to defend the lead at this stage of the season but it's when we push forward in numbers that we are a nuisance to the opposition defence. Just as it was in the first half."
