Roma coach Rudi Garcia says key players are in the squad and ready to face Udinese.
The Giallorossi will be determined to keep the pressure on leaders Juventus and the Frenchman insists the three points are up for grabs if his team performs against the Friulani.
"They [Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa, Francesco Totti and Mattia Destro] are all 100% ready," Garcia said.
"They will be in the squad for the Udinese game. Udine is a tough fixture but we showed that we can win if we play at our very best.
"[Kevin Strootman] is improving, the more he works the more he improves. He's very close to be 100% fit.
"We knew [Gervinho would be out for all January], but luckily I have depth in the squad, in midfield and in attack. It is an opportunity for the other players to show how good they are.
"The other players have to take more responsibility, just like Ljajic did - he didn't wait for Gervinho to be gone to score goals and provide assists. I expect the same from the others."
A number of players will miss the derby against Lazio if booked but Garcia says the focus is on tomorrow's game against Andrea Stramaccioni's side.
"No, absolutely [we're not thinking of the derby]," added the Frenchman.
"The most important game is the next one, I will not do any future calculations."
