Roma coach Rudi Garcia says defender Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa is the only injury concern after the international break.
The France international suffered a thigh injury in the 1-1 draw against Albania and is expected to be ruled out for a month with Garcia ready to add more defensive power in defence during the January transfer window.
"Many featured with their national teams and with the only exception of Mapou [Yanga-Mbiwa], all players are fit," Garcia said on Friday.
"The African players also had plenty of time to recover ahead of the game against Atalanta.
"As for Leo [Leandro Castan], I'm no doctor, there are professionals who assess these type of injuries.
"He's relaxed, he trains with us. We're all with him but he'll be back after the surgery he will undergo in December. He's a warrior and he'll be back stronger than before.
"He [Maicon] is recovering well, we will assess him in the coming days.
"He is close to making his comeback but he's not in the squad for tomorrow's game. We all hope to have him back soon because we're struggling a little [with injuries] in defence.
"We will see in January if we need a new central defender: it all depends on the long-term injuries and how far we go in the Champions League.
"[Director of football] Walter [Sabatini] is never idle, he's always working and not only for the defensive department."
