Roma coach Rudi Garcia says a win is a must for his side when they face Cesena on Wednesday.
With Juventus enjoying a three-point gap at the top of the table, the Giallorossi will be eager to get back on winning terms when they host Pierpaolo Bisoli's side at the Stadium Olimpico.
"We can't afford to lose concentration, the next game is always the most important one," Garcia said during Tuesday's press conference.
"All I want against Cesena is a win. I will have plenty to choose from now that [Seydou] Keita and [Kostas] Manolas are back.
"Seydou is fit, he can play from the start but he could also be introduced at a later stage.
"A number of players played even if not fully fit over the last few weeks, it's part of the mental quality of a professional footballer.
"[Mattia] Destro skipped training yesterday because of a muscular problem but today he's available. Maicon is improving but will not feature tomorrow, we hope to have him back for the Saturday game [against Napoli]."
