Roma coach Rudi Garcia says the players and fans should "enjoy" the club's return in the Champions League.
The Giallorossi will tonight make their debut after four years away from the competition and the coach hopes to see a special atmosphere at the Olympic Stadium.
"We fought hard to be in the Champions League, we have to enjoy it," the manager said during Tuesday's press conference.
"To start the competition at home is important, I hope the Olympic Stadium will be on fire, with no empty seats.
"Our fans can help the team and be a nuisance to the opposition."
With seven games played already this season, the Russians are expected to be in a better physical condition but Garcia says this should not be a concern.
"The two games against CSKA are important since we travel to Russia this winter, we'll just see how the weather and pitch will be. But I went there in the past and I won."
"CSKA is not the weakest team in the group. They already played seven games this season, we only played two.
"I'm not worried [about their fitness level] but starting the championship [Serie A] on August 30 makes no sense at all, it's a fact.
"We played a game and then there was the international break, then Empoli and now the Champions League.
"It's not just the physical level but the mental level of the team as well."
"But I'm convinced my team is 100% fit and mentally ready for the game.
