Massive transfer boost for Jose Mourinho: Cristiano Ronaldo has a pre-agreement in place with Manchester United

By

Manchester United are waiting for Cristiano Ronaldo to green light a sensational return to Old Trafford, the Daily Star has claimed.

According to the article, the 33-year-old has a pre-agreement in place with his former club.

Ronaldo fuelled transfer speculation after the Champions League final.

"It was very nice to be at Real Madrid," he said.

"In the coming days I will give a response to the fans, who have always been at my side."

But president Florentino Perez was quick to reassure the fans ahead of next season.

"Everyone has the right to speak, the important thing is the club and on a day like today, that we are all celebrating the Champions League," Perez told reporters.

"We always talk about him and then nothing happens, but I'm delighted that Cristiano has five European Cups like me.

"Ask him, he's going to stay, he has a contract."
