How Jose Mourinho will spend £50m in the summer transfer window

By

Chelsea are ready to make a move for Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain and Dynamo Kiev's Andriy Yarmolenko, according to reports in England.

The Blues are ready to offer £30m for the Argentina international and £20m for the 25-year-old winger.

Arsenal and Manchester United are also interested in the striker who is rumoured to be ready to leave Napoli after suffering a physical and verbal attack from fifteen black-hooded men after Napoli's defeat at home against Lazio on Sunday.

Yarmolenko is expected to leave Ukraine after he revealed that this summer is the right time to move.

"I think that now is the perfect time to change clubs," he told Pro Football.

"I promised that until we become champions, I was not going anywhere. I kept my promise, we became champions.

"The president knows that I want to leave, I have repeatedly spoken about this.

"I want to grow. It is hard, it is unclear where I will play next. There have been suggestions from good teams.

"I feel the strength and confidence to be able to play in one of the top championships. If I want to play enough in Europe, now is the time to move."
