"Arsenal have opened talks" - Gunners want to finalise transfer of £47million star wanted by Juventus and Atletico Madrid

By

Arsenal have opened talks to sign winger Emil Forsberg, the Sun has claimed.

The 26-year-old has a market transfer value £47million and is also a target Juventus and Atletico Madrid.

It's not the first time the Sweden international has been linked with a move to the English Premier League.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is a fan of the player and would be delighted to add him to his squad.

The Gunners, on the other hand, are moving on after the departure of Arsene Wenger.

Former Paris Saint-Germain boss Unai Emery has the tough job of assembling a title-winning squad for next season, but it will not be easy.

According to reports, the Spaniard will only have £50million to spend, which may not be enough to build a competitive squad.
