"Manchester United are willing to pay £79million" - Red Devils determined to sign Jose Mourinho favourite

By

Manchester United are willing to pay £79m for Douglas Costa this summer according to Express Sport.

The 27-year-old was one of the best players in Italy this season and many football experts agree that the Brazilian was key to Juventus' win in the Italian Serie A.

The player is on loan from Bayern Munich but the Bianconeri have an option to sign the Brazilian on a permanent deal in the coming weeks.

According to reports in Italy, Juventus will exercise the right to buy the player and pay £33million to the German giants.

It is very unlikely that the Red Devils will sign the player as Massimiliano Allegri considers him one of the most important players of the squad.

In other news, United are all set to announce Fred as their first summer signing.
