Roma coach Rudi Garcia says three points are a must against Milan this weekend.
Last week the Giallorossi closed the gap from leaders Juventus to only one point but the Bianconeri extended the lead after yesterday's away win against Cagliari.
And Roma will be determined to end the year with a win to get back to only one point from Allegri's side.
"Milan will always be a strong team," Garcia said.
"We showed [this season] that we can produce good football but also that we have to be improve in the offensive department.
"We have to give our best tomorrow, it's the last game at home [of the year] and we want to give all three points to our fans."
Ex Roma midfielder Jeremy Menez has been in top form for Milan this season and Garcia says his players have to be extra careful against the 27-year old.
"He's a very talented player," Garcia said.
"He's part of the French national team and possesses amazing skills. We have to be focused when marking him, hoping that he doesn't score any goals against us."
