Milan coach Filippo Inzaghi says he will make changes for tomorrow's game against Cagliari.
The Rossoneri could only manage a draw against Fiorentina on Sunday but will be determined to take all three points from the Stadio Sant'Elia as they continue their chase for a top three finish in the Italian Serie A.
"What was nice after the Fiorentina game is that everyone was bitterly disappointed after getting a draw against a team that did so well at the San Siro over the last couple of years," Inzaghi said on Tuesday.
"We played a very good game and we can do well against any team.
"We face Cagliari determined to play our own game.
"They had more time off to prepare the game having played on Saturday but I'm optimistic, we are ready and a win would be a huge morale booster.
"I think there will be a number of changes after the Fiorentina game.
"I will assess the players tomorrow morning, to properly understand how fit the players who featured on Sunday are.
"He [Stephan El Shaarawy] worked hard against Fiorentina, I understand not scoring could be a problem but I hope it will not be the cae for him.
"I always tell him not to focus too much on scoring.
"He [Giampaolo Pazzini] didn't play much but you never know in the game of football.
"I used him against Empoli and Cesena and also against Juventus, albeit for a few minutes. I hope to use him more often."
