Milan midfielder Michael Essien says Fernando Torres and Keisuke Honda will be vital for the team this season.
The Rossoneri host Fiorentina on Sunday hoping to close the gap from leaders Juventus and the 31-year-old believes the home fans can help the team take all three points against Vincenzo Montella's side.
"Fernando Torres is a great player and I see he gives his best, every day, in training," Essien told Milan Channel.
"He will help us this season and he will soon score goals.
"[Keisuke Honda] is enjoying an amazing moment of form, he always plays for the team and is scoring important goals. We hope he can continue like this.
"[Filippo] Inzaghi is our coach so he's vital for us. He's doing an amazing job, we are all working extremely hard.
"The Verona game was not easy but we managed to take all three points. I was delighted to be back as regular.
"Fiorentina will [also] be a tough game but we play at home, in front of our home fans. These three points could prove vital and if we play at our best we can win."
