Filippo Inzaghi: Injury update on Alex, Menez and Honda

By

Milan coach Filippo Inzaghi says all players recovered well after Saturday's tough game against Juventus.

The Rossoneri face Empoli tomorrow evening with the Italian saying that he has no fresh injury concerns ahead of the game.

"We don't hide anything in respect to injuries," Inzaghi told reporters on Monday.

"The only unavailable players are Alex, who will be available for the next match, Diego Lopez and [Riccardo] Saponara.

"I believe [Jeremy] Menez recovered but we will evaluate him tomorrow.

"Honda has recovered, I will decide tomorrow morning who is fit to start up front. If he recovers he will start else he will sit on the bench.

"Our game requires a lot of energy and because of a reason or another I've never been in a position to make the substitutions I had in mind.

"We have to improve our fitness level."
