Milan coach Filippo Inzaghi says his players should not underestimate Empoli when the two teams face each other tomorrow evening.
The Rossoneri will tomorrow play the first of two tricky away games this week and the manager knows they have to be very careful at the Stadio Carlo Castellani.
"Empoli played three very good matches, so we know it will not be easy," Inzaghi said during Monday's press conference.
"They played 60 very good minutes at Udine and they didn't deserve to lose against Roma. They were also very organised last Saturday. They play at home, it will be tricky.
"To match Juventus [on Saturday] was asking too much. We also wanted to spend the whole match in their penalty area, but it wasn't possible.
"We had five shots on target, they had three. I look at the performance. Had the referee pointed to the spot with five minutes to go, maybe things would have been different.
"We are not that far away from them but it's now time to focus on the Empoli game.
Striker Fernando Torres was a late substitute against Juventus with Marco van Ginkel on the bench but the two could feature from the start tomorrow.
"[Fernando] Torres and [Marco] van Ginkel are fit," added Inzaghi.
"Torres is ready and I gave the van Ginkel the time to settle down, I must decide whether he starts from the first minute or on the bench."
