Adriano Galliani and Walter Sabatini meet for Mattia Destro

Milan vice-present Adriano Galliani and Roma director of football Walter Sabatini have met to negotiate the transfer of Mattia Destro.

According to Sky Sport Italy, the two parties are yet to discuss the financial terms of the agreement but are happy to talk about the possible transfer of the striker.

After selling Mario Balotelli to Liverpool, the Rossoneri desperately need to add more players to their offensive department with Jackson Martinez another player heavily linked with Milan.

Filippo Inzaghi's side will today be in action in the 2014 TIM Trophy with Juventus and Sassuolo, last year's winners, also involved.
