The three reasons why Mesut Ozil could join Juventus

Juventus have identified Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil as the one to wear the number 10 jersey next season, has reported on Saturday morning.

According to the article, there are three reasons why the German could make a move to the Serie A.

Coach Massimiliano Allegri

The Italian first made an approach to sign the midfielder when he was in charge at Milan. He is an admirer of the 26-year-old and wants to give him an important role at Juventus.

The strong friendship with Sami Khedira

Khedira joined Juventus on a free transfer from Real Madrid at the start of the summer and after Ozil tried to convince him to join Arsenal, it is now Khedira's turn to try and convince his friend to move to the Serie A.

Juventus and Ozil both dropped Nike to join Adidas and the German company would be delighted if the two reach an agreement this summer.

The Italian champions are expected to sell midfielders Paul Pogba and Arturo Vidal in the transfer market and that would put them in a position to make an important offer to Arsenal for Ozil.
