Massimiliano Allegri: Lazio game is title decider

By

Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri says he will not rotate his side against Lazio on Saturday.

Stefano Pioli's men won their last eight games in the Serie A, scoring 20 goals as they raced to second place in the table.

And Allegri is fully aware of the threat posed by the Biancocelesti.

"It's normal to consider the game a title decider, we're first, they are second," Allegri said this afternoon.

"They are also enjoying an unbelievable season, nobody expected them to be in this position when the season started.

"They won their last eight games and conceded the same number of goals we conceded in the second round so yes, it's a title decider and our season will be decided between this game and the one against Sampdoria.

"Tomorrow we will, as always, start with the best possible formation. Tomorrow's game is the most important game [right now], then we will focus on Wednesday's game and then on Sunday's.

"It's difficult to keep someone out because he will be suspended if he gets a yellow card. Everyone will play and if a player gets a yellow card he will not play the next game so it's no use making such calculations.

"[Paul] Pogba is not close to making a return.

"[Andrea] Pirlo did well [against Monaco]. It's normal that one struggles after 50 days out of action, he needs to play and game after game he will regain the same fitness level of the other players."
