Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri says midfielder Paul Pogba has enough quality to become a great of the game.
The 21-year-old scored a phenomenal goal to put Juventus in front against Napoli on Sunday night and Allegri says he can make history at the club just like Michel Platini and Zinedine Zidane.
"I hope [Paul] Pogba gets close to former Juventus players who made history here," Allegri said.
"He is quality and still very young. Let's not forget he's 21 years old. Today he scored an amazing goal and did well after the goal as well.
"And I believe he possesses enough quality to do even better."
The Italian also said that only minor differences saw his side triumph against Napoli at the San Paolo stadium, a win which helped Juventus open a three-point lead at the top.
"It was a good technical game tonight," Allegri said after the 3-1 win.
"Football is strange. In Doha [Gonzalo] Higuain scored in the last minute after a rebound, today in a similar scenario the ball went out for a corner.
"Napoli put us under heavy pressure in the second half but we defended well. In the first half we did well under the technical aspect of the game, maybe making mistakes when in possession.
"But it was a very good game, Napoli have enough quality to end third with ease. They could have opened the title race tonight but Juventus was eager and hungry after understanding how strong the opposition is."
