Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri says there's still room for improvement despite yesterday's 3-0 away win against Lazio.
The hosts started better as they put pressure on the Serie A leaders but the Bianconeri never looked back after breaking the deadlock through Paul Pogba in the 24th minute of the game.
"I think Lazio started well, they pressed high up the pitch but we then took control giving them little or no breathing space at all," Allegri said.
"All in all I believe we played a good game. Winning against Lazio in Rome was difficult.
"All the players who featured did well and this is important because there's still a long way to go in the championship.
"Having a player like Padoin who played a very good game in a role he only covered three times in his career is important.
"Mattiello also did well so I'd say we're growing in confidence although we still have to improve.
"Tonight we had six shots and three goals but I'm afraid we gave away possession at least 7-8 times, like when Tevez failed to find Marchisio who was in front of their goalkeeper."
The Frenchman added his personal second in the 64th minute, much to the delighte of Allegri who described his game as the best of the season.
"It was not Juventus' best game of the season but it was Pogba's best game of the season. But for him these performances should be the rule not the exception," Allegri said.
"Asamoah and Evra should be fit for Wednesday's game, or at least one of them, we will assess them between Monday and Tuesday."
