Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri says striker Carlos Tevez will probably be rested ahead of Tuesday's Champions League game against Olympiakos.
The Bianconeri suffered a number of disappointing results in the Serie A over the last few weeks with Allegri describing the games against Sassuolo and Genoa as a "disaster".
"Our two last away games were not good, I would actually say they were a disaster," Allegri said on Friday.
"We only managed a point at Sassuolo and lost against Genoa.
"Empoli play nice football and they did exceptionally well after getting promoted last season.
"They have seven players from the youth team so hats off for the work being done by the coach and the club.
"The game will be, not complicated, but difficult and that's because winning against a team that plays such lively and pacy football is never easy.
"There's still a long way to go in the league, there are 29 games left.
"People talk about crisis whenever Juventus loses a game but I don't think this is the case, we just played three games where we created a lot but didn't score much.
"We have to score more goals, starting from tomorrow, because we simply cannot afford to keep losing chances the way we did [in our last games].
"[Gianluigi] Buffon will play, although having said that I prefer to wait for the end of today's training session to understand who is fit to start.
"[Carlos] Tevez could start on the bench, Giovinco is fit and so are [Kingsley] Coman and [Fernando] Llorente. There's a possibility that Llorente and [Alvaro] Morata start up front."
