Massimiliano Allegri on Olympiakos, the line-up and Arturo Vidal's fitness level

By

Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri says midfielder Arturo Vidal will start against Olympiakos on Wednesday night.

The 27-year-old has fully recovered from a number of minor injury problems and is expected be in the regular line-up to face Míchel's side.

"The players who traveled to Athens are all fit and ready to play," Allegri said on Tuesday.

"I still have to make the line-up, especially in certain areas of the pitch. Let's just say that Lichtsteiner, Ogbonna, Chiellini, Bonucci, Tevez and Vidal are certain to start.

"I'll see about the rest.

"And of course Buffon! I tend to forget the goalkeeper, I apologise.

"[Why no Pogba?] Pogba, Marchisio, Pirlo, Padoin, these are all midfielders who could start tomorrow.

"[Arturo] Vidal is definitely feeling better. He worked in Turin and his fitness level has of course improved. So I hope to see a good Vidal tomorrow.

"I very much doubt he will be fit for the full 90 minutes but he'll definitely be better [than in previous games].

"I have a lot of respect for Olympiakos. They beat Atletico [Madrid] and the coach brought in the Spanish mentality, keep the ball and pass it around.

"Their players are quality so it will not be easy for us. All Champions League games are not easy."
