Alvaro Morata: I'm very happy in Italy. I'm treated phenomenally

By

Juventus striker Alvaro Morata says he's looking forward to performing well for Juventus this season.

The 21-year-old is yet to feature regularly for the Bianconeri after suffering an injury in pre-season and will not be available for the October 18 game against Sassuolo after receiving a red card last Sunday against Roma.

"I'm very happy in Italy. I'm treated phenomenally and the squad is incredible," Morata told Defensa Central.

"I'm proud to play in such an important club like Juventus.

"The pre-season injury was difficult to accept but I'm now fit. I feel important here at Juventus, the boss and chairman always talk to me and they care about my progress."

Asked about the possibility of extending his stay in Italy, Morata said: "I'm looking forward to a long season with Juventus and the Spanish Under 21, we'll see at the end of the season.

"My objective is to win as much as possible with Juventus and the Under 21 squad."
