Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri believes there is still room for improvement despite a 100% winning start in the Italian Serie A.
The Bianconeri eased past Cesena on Wednesday night with Arturo Vidal scoring twice and Stephan Lichtsteiner getting the third in the dying minutes of the game.
"I think we did well when on the ball tonight," Allegri is quoted as saying by TuttoJuve.com.
"But there's still room for improvement, it will be tougher when we play against top teams so we have to be quicker on the ball and in how we build our offensive moves."
In-form striker Carlos Tevez was rested and the coach says it wasn't a difficult decision to take.
"I spoke with the player, he's an intelligent lad who understands," explained Allegri.
"He [Tevez] knows we have three important and difficult games coming up, starting from Saturday. Players can benefit from a rest, just like Pogba who played six-seven games in a row.
"There is depth in the squad so I can afford to rotate, after all it's not possible to always use the same 12-13 players."
The Italian was also delighted with Arturo Vidal's two goals with the Chilean fully recovered after a number of injuries in pre-season.
"I'm happy and I think it's important that they [Vidal and Giovinco] did well," said Allegri.
"Giovinco played well and so did Vidal even if he's still not 100% fit."
