Fernando Llorente on manager Allegri and striker Morata

By

Juventus striker Fernando Llorente believes new coach Massimiliano Allegri will follow the steps of predecessor Antonio Conte in bringing success to the club.

Allegri replaced Conte in the summer and will be under pressure to replicate the domestic success of the new coach of the Italian national team.

"Allegri has not been here for long, but you can already tell he is a great coach," Llorente told Sky Sport Italy.

"He has a winning spirit and he will certainly be able to win with Juventus as well.

"Allegri is a coach with a very clear idea of his football and he is transmitting that well to the squad."

Llorente also explained that new striker Alvaro Morata will be a huge asset when he returns from injury as he can provide pace and mobility in the Juventus offensive department.

"[Alvaro] Morata is a player with a lot of mobility and he is very quick to finish his goalscoring opportunities too," added Llorente.

"He can do well in any attacking role and I think he will really make his mark."
