Roberto Mancini insists Internazionale will fight for the title next season

By

Internazionale coach Roberto Mancini believes his side can qualify for next season's Europa League and insists they will fight for the title next season.

The Nerazzurri face Lazio away from home on Sunday night with both teams chasing a European spot for next season and the Italian is confident there is still hope for his team to make it into next season's Europa League.

"We are fighting for a Europa League spot, Lazio are fighting for a Champions League one so both teams will be motivated," Mancini said.

"We will do our best to qualify for Europe, if we fail to do so we will still fight for the top places [in the Serie A next season]. But I'm positive ahead of our last few games of the season.

"Our objective is to build a squad strong enough to fight for the title and qualify for the Champions League.

"[Yaya Toure?] Every team wants to sign the best players but he's a Manchester City player.

"Our good relationship could help if he decides to leave but there's nothing at the moment".
