Internazionale coach Walter Mazzarri says there's still work to be done despite an important narrow win win against Cesena.
The Nerazzurri took a 32nd minute lead at the Stadio Dino Manuzzi but failed to add more goals after goalkeeper Nicola Leali was shown a straight red after clashing into striker Rodrigo Palacio.
"This win can help us to bounce back from a difficult situation," Mazzarri told reporters.
"Despite the determination of the lads there are things we have to work on. We wasted way too many chances on the counter and gave away a number of set-pieces in dangerous areas of the pitch.
"We missed chances on the counter because we rushed things. It's clear that we're under pressure and we're struggling in front of goal.
"We have to be more calm, we have players capable of shooting from range and they have to start doing it.
"I'm also convinced that the red-card rule against the goalkeeper in such cases should change. The rule says it's a straight red but maybe this has to change.
"He [Rodrigo Palacio] will improve as soon as he will be back to 100% fitness.
"I benched [Nemanja] Vidic because I have to rotate.
"[Hugo] Campagnaro is back, he was injured and I couldn't use him. He recovered from injury not long ago and I trusted he was fit to play.
"He's an important player, he's been with me for a long time and I have faith in him."
