Hernanes sets no objectives, says players have to work hard

By

Internazionale midfielder Hernanes says the players are determined to work hard to achieve their objectives.

After a promising start to the new campaign, the Nerazzurri suffered a number of poor results and are in a struggling mid-table position in the Serie A.

But the Brazilian insists that the objective is to fight to be in the top places of the table.

"It's not easy to set objectives or to say where we can finish," Hernanes told Lancenet.

"What I can assure is that our objective is to fight to finish in the top places of the table. The Serie A is a tough competition but we want to be amongst the best.

"We know we have to work extremely hard and win as many games as possible.

"And in the Europa League we want to go as far as possible but we're taking it one game at a time, trying to win as much as possible."
