Internazionale midfielder Guarin strenuously denied reports he wanted to leave the Nerazzurri during the summer.
The Colombia international was reported to be unsettled at the club but stressed he is happy with Internazionale.
"I already said so, I will repeat it and I will repeat it in the future as well: I am happy at Internazionale, this is the best," Guarin told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
"There's everything for me on the table: faith, friendship and love from the club and my team-mates.
"It's up to me to show that Fredy is ready to deliver."
The player met with manager Walter Mazzarri after the summer to discuss his future and his role.
"[Mazzarri] told me a lot of important things," added Guarin.
"What I remember the most about the meeting is that he said we will start from scratch, the past is history.
"It was a very positive meeting, he's a winner."
