Internazionale are ready to register their first win of the season as the Serie A resumes after the international break.
The Nerazzurri could only manage a draw away at Torino on their league debut but defender Andrea Ranocchia believes hard work and a winning mentality are the way forward.
"The team and I will play to win," Ranocchia told Sport Mediaset.
"Winning and working hard are our main objectives.
"Mazzarri [Internazionale's manager] is eager to do well this season, he has a group of new players and young elements who didn't win a lot, all players who are ready for something important."
Internazionale welcome Sassuolo at the San Siro stadium on Sunday aware of the dangerous offensive department of Eusebio Di Francesco's side.
"Zaza? I didn't know him well [before the National team] but I noticed how he moves and he has a bright future in the Italian national team," added Ranocchia.
"He's a very good player and we have to be careful.
"But I know how to stop him on Sunday. Clearly, the team has to help me in doing so.
"Sassuolo have a lot of Under 21 players, like [Domenico] Berardi.
"They are strong and we cannot underestimate them."
