Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino says the team's mentality has to change after his side's home defeat against Stoke City.
It was Spurs' fifth defeat of the season and the Argentinean says he will use the upcoming international break to identify and fix his side's problems.
"When you lose, you are always unhappy and you put the pressure on yourself," Pochettino said.
"We need to find the solution - this is my job, this is my aim in the next few weeks.
"We have to find a solution and change the mentality.
"We conceded a goal after six minutes and then the team needed a lot of time to recover the performance. This is what we need to change.
"When we conceded the first goal, we felt the pressure. When you play the way we want to play, you need to feel confidence on the pitch because it's important to create the space, to be patient with the ball.
"It's true that when we conceded the goal we started to take rash decisions and felt uncomfortable in possession.
"We conceded the second goal and it's true in the first half we did not play well.
"In the second half we tried to fix something – to manage the ball the better. They played very deep and we created chances but when you're 2-0 down it's difficult to change the game."
