"Contract signed soon" - Manchester United to announce signing of winger in the next 72 hours

By

Manchester United will sign Bruno Amorim this week according to Oliveirense's sporting director Antonio Jose Leite.

The 19-year-old impressed boss Jose Mourinho while on trial last week.

He will join fellow new academy recruits Largie Ramazani and Aliou Badara Traore in Nicky Butt's youth team who also joined the club this summer.

"He had been promoted to the main squad, but the scouting [Manchester United] was already aware and decided to take him there to experience," Leite explained.

"At this time the business is 90% done and he can have an excellent contract.

"The contract will shortly be announced, but it is a future bet on United."
