Ivan Perisic to Manchester United: Agent meets Red Devils to give them update on transfer

By

Ivan Perisic's agent reportedly visited Manchester United today to update them on Internazionale's plans to offer a contract extension.

Football Italia has claimed that Fali Ramadani was in Manchester to hold a meeting with Jose Mourinho and his staff.

Perisic is a confirmed target for the Red Devils but Inter don't want to sell him.

On Friday, the Portuguese told reporters that he is after a player who can "come from the sides".

The 28-year-old Croatian was one of the best wingers in last season's Serie A.

New coach Luciano Spalletti wants to keep him in Milan but it seems the player has already decided to leave the club to embark on a new experience in the English Premier League.

If the transfer goes through, he would be Mourinho's fourth summer signing after Victor Lindelof, Romelu Lukaku and Nemanja Matic.
