"He's perfect for Manchester United" - Football pundit urges Red Devils to sign Premier League star

By

Football pundit Stewart Robson says midfielder Nemanja Matic would be perfect for Manchester United.

The Serbian is expected to leave Chelsea during the summer transfer window.

The Red Devils have already made contact to sign him but the two clubs are yet to reach a financial agreement.

Serie A giants Juventus are also interested in the 28-year-old.

"It would be good business for Matic because he's not in the Chelsea squad at the moment," Robson told ESPN FC.

"I think everybody at Chelsea knows that he wants to leave.

"And I think it would be good business for Manchester United because they need another holding midfield player.

"I don't think [Ander] Herrera wants to play as that holding midfield player.

"Matic is a massive hit for both player and club."
