New boss drops biggest hint yet that this player will be Jose Mourinho's third summer signing

Internazionale coach Luciano Spalletti has again confirmed that winger Ivan Perisic could leave the club.

The Italian says he wants to keep the Croatian at the club but will be helpless if an important offer is made by the Red Devils.

"Sure there are rumours but we want to keep Perisic," Spalletti told reporters.

"He's a very important player for the team. We are counting on him to start the new season.

"But if somebody comes in with a very difficult offer to reject then we will consider that, but of course we need to find a valid alternative for Perisic as well.

"[Offer from Manchester United?] Nobody has officially made a request for him yet."
