"He will become United's second summer signing" - £61million striker to soon undergo United medical

By

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has finally agreed to let Alvaro Morata join Manchester United.

The striker will become Jose Mourinho's second summer signing if the transfer goes through.

It's been a long summer for the Spaniard who was first linked with a move to Old Trafford in May.

But this morning, Spanish transfer outlet Diario Gol has claimed that the two clubs held "positive discussions".

The Liga champions want £61million to let the 24-year-old leave and the Red Devils are ready to pay the fee.

The striker scored 20 goals in all competitions for his club last season despite making limited appearances.
