Report: Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho will sign Alvaro Morata and this other striker

By

Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata is not enough for Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho.

Metro has claimed that the Portuguese is determined to also sign Everton man Romelu Lukaku before the start of pre-season.

Recent reports have claimed that the Spaniard has told close friends that he will move to Old Trafford this summer.

Lukaku, on the other hand, declared in May that he already knows where he will be playing his football next season.

Antonio Conte is also interested in the Belgian but the striker wasn't amused after Chelsea fans used a Chelsea logo to indicate that he will move to Stamford Bridge.

What is a certainty is that both teams need to strengthen their offensive departments.

Chelsea will lose Diego Costa with the Red Devils deciding not to extend Zlatan Ibrahimovic's contract after the Swede's knee injury.
