"He has options" - 24-year-old determined to complete Manchester United transfer this summer

By

Manchester United goalkeeper Sam Johnstone has offers ahead of the summer transfer window.

Goal claims that one of his representatives declared that the 24-year-old has "has a number of options and is considering them all at this moment in time".

The goalkeeper spent the second part of last season on loan at Aston Villa and manager Steve Bruce was very happy with his performances.

"He's grown into the role," Bruce said in March.

"He's now more comfortable in the role – and he's got that from playing.

"If there's an opportunity that we can get him to play more next season I would love to do it.

"I will be having that conversation with Mr Mourinho when the time is right. But I hope we can extend it."
