Manchester United are lining up a bid to sign Nelson Semedo in the summer transfer window, according to Metro.

The article claims that manager Jose Mourinho is determined to make the 23-year-old his second signing of this summer's transfer window.

Semedo, a right back, played more than 60 games for Benfica and is now being heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford.

He would become the second player to join Manchester United from Benfica.
