Report: Galatasaray will sell Wesley Sneijder to Manchester United

Galatasaray will sell Wesley Sneijder to Manchester United providing a swap deal for Marouane Fellaini is agreed, Express Sport has revealed.

The Dutchman was one of the key players for new United boss Jose Mourinho when he was in charge of Internazionale.

And it seems the Portuguese wants the experienced midfielder to join him at Old Trafford.

At the start of the month, the 32-year-old was full of praise for Mourinho but rubbished reports claiming that he will move to Manchester United.

"Yes, I have a special relationship with [Jose] Mourinho," Sneijder told Fanatik.

"But it's not true that he wants me at Manchester United.

"I spoke with him, sure, but this doesn't mean that he wants me [at Old Trafford].

"I wished him luck for his new adventure in Manchester.

"It's [however] also true that in football you never know."
