Striker wonderkid speaks out: This is why I signed for Manchester United

By

Manchester United's Tahith Chong says he already made contact with three players ahead of his move to the club's academy.

The 16-year-old will join academy head coach Nicky Butt after reaching an agreement with the Red Devils.

And he confessed that he was impressed whenever he visited the Trafford Training Centre in Carrington.

"I’ve been there a few times and I am definitely impressed by the club," Chong is quoted as saying by the Manchester Evening News.

"United have good accommodation for youth players and it is up to me to make that step. My parents will go to England and it’s good to have their support there.

"Through Instagram I have already had contact with three guys from the team but otherwise I do not know yet the team."
